All of the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

We may share limited data with our SMS delivery provider (Telnyx) solely for the purpose of delivering text messages to you. Telnyx processes this data only as needed to transmit messages and is contractually prohibited from using it for any other purpose.

We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request.

Data Retention

We retain your phone number and messaging preferences for as long as your account is active and you remain opted in to receive messages. Message delivery logs are retained for up to 90 days for troubleshooting purposes and are then permanently deleted. If you opt out, we retain a record of your opt-out request to prevent future messages but delete all other associated data within 30 days.

Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include encrypted data storage, access controls, and regular security reviews.
