Service Description

ScheinerAI provides smart-home automation and SMS notification services. By using our service, you agree to these terms.

SMS Messaging Program

By opting in at scheiner.ai/sms.html, you consent to receive automated text messages from ScheinerAI. The following terms apply to our SMS messaging program:

• Program Name: ScheinerAI SMS Notifications
• Message Sender: ScheinerAI
• Message Types: Smart-home alerts, system status updates, calendar reminders, package tracking notifications, and security notifications
• Message Frequency: Message frequency may vary; up to 30 messages per month, depending on your configured notification preferences
• Standard message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless carrier for details about your plan.
• Consent is not a condition of purchase or use of any ScheinerAI service

Opt-In Consent

By providing your mobile phone number and checking the consent box on our opt-in page, you expressly consent to receive automated, recurring text messages from ScheinerAI. Your consent applies only to the ScheinerAI SMS Notifications program and will not be used for any other messaging program.

Opt-Out Instructions

You can opt out of receiving text messages at any time by:

• Replying STOP to any message from ScheinerAI
• Emailing [email protected] to request removal

After opting out, you will receive a single confirmation message: "ScheinerAI: You are unsubscribed and will receive no further messages." Opt-out requests are processed immediately.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate contact information and maintaining the security of your account. You must only provide phone numbers that you own or are authorized to use for receiving text messages.

Carrier Liability

Wireless carriers (including but not limited to T-Mobile, AT&T, and Verizon) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your wireless carrier. ScheinerAI is not responsible for messages that are not delivered due to carrier issues.

Disclaimer of Warranties

ScheinerAI services, including SMS notifications, are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for missed, delayed, or undelivered notifications, or any damages arising from use of the service.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
